OPC Foundation is proudly giving away 16 awards to students towards their higher education and even to those studying abroad looking to become a foreign correspondent. Scholarship winners will get a $3,000 scholarship and the rest will get a fellowship to get funding for an overseas assignment. Winning applicants are required to attend the Foundation Scholar Awards Luncheon in New York City (February 2020) and the Foundation will cover travel and hotel.
