The New York State Senate Richard A. Wiebe Public Policy Service Fellowship provides a ten-month internship that awards students with a $32,000 stipend.The recipient of the Wiebe Fellowship is placed in the Majority Counsel/Program Services Office, and works on a variety of policy areas of interest to the Senate Majority Conference. Wiebe Fellows demonstrate broad interests in all areas of public policy in New York State. To qualify, an applicant must be a full-time matriculating graduate student in an accredited university.
